Section 33-16-27 - Qualifications of county veterans' officer.
33-16-27. Qualifications of county veterans' officer. The county veterans' service officer shall be a veteran who has served in the armed forces of the United States, as that term is defined by § 33-17-1. However, any person who was qualified and held this position on July 1, 1989 may continue in such office.
