33-17-24.2. Amendment of original claim or new claim by veteran with service connected disability. Any veteran qualified for the benefits authorized by § 33-17-24.1 who has previously filed a claim under §§ 33-17-16 to 33-17-38, inclusive, may amend the claim, or if the original claim was paid, initiate a new claim for the difference between that claimed or paid and the amount authorized by § 33-17-24.1.
