33-17A-36. Order determining that ward has attained majority or recovered competency--Filing of final account. Upon hearing after notice as provided by this chapter and the determination by the court that the ward has attained majority or has recovered his or her competency, an order shall be entered to that effect, and the conservator shall file a final account.
