33-18-12.1. Payment of maintenance charges during lifetime--Disposition of receipts. Any member or former member of the State Veterans' Home may pay the state home in advance of death the full maintenance charge for each month this member was in the home, retroactive from the date of admission with proper credits allowed for any payments made by him towards the monthly maintenance charge, but such credits not to include any allowances of the state government, notwithstanding the provisions found in §§ 33-18-15 and 33-18-16 and such moneys received from the member or former member shall go to the capital fund of the state home for repairs, equipment, improvements, or construction.
