33-18-27. Furloughs--Exceeding maximum furlough as forfeiture. Furloughs from the State Veterans' Home may be granted at the discretion of the superintendent but a member on furlough for more than ninety days shall be deemed to have surrendered his room and on his return shall be put on the regular waiting list.
