33-18-31. Residence of members leaving home or adjudged mentally ill. If a member of the State Veterans' Home is discharged from the home, or voluntarily leaves the home, or is adjudged mentally ill after admittance, the member's residence is that of the county in which the member was residing at the time of the member's admittance to the home.
