Section 33-18-5 - Salary and residence of superintendent. - South Dakota Statutes

33-18-5. Salary and residence of superintendent. The superintendent of the State Veterans' Home shall receive a salary to be fixed by the secretary of military and veterans affairs. The superintendent may reside at the home, and under the direction of the secretary of military and veterans affairs shall have charge of the local management and supervision of the institution.
