34-7-13. Publication of approved construction program--Availability to interested persons. After approval of the plan by the federal secretary, the Department of Health shall publish a general description of the provisions thereof in at least one newspaper having general circulation in each county in the state, and shall make the plan, or a copy thereof, available upon request to all interested persons or organizations.
