34-7-14. Review and modifications of construction program and plan. The Department of Health shall from time to time review the hospital construction program and submit to the federal secretary any modifications thereof which it may find necessary and may submit to the federal secretary such modification of the state plan, not inconsistent with the requirements of the federal act, as it may deem advisable.
