Section 34-7-22 - Agreements for use of facilities and services of other agencies.

34-7-22. Agreements for use of facilities and services of other agencies. The Department of Health is authorized and directed, to the extent that it considers desirable to effectuate the purposes of this chapter, to enter into agreements for the utilization of the facilities and services of other departments, agencies, and institutions, public or private.
