34-12-14. Application of regulations and standards to Christian Scientist and chiropractic institutions. No regulations may be made, or standards established, under this chapter for any health care facility or related institution conducted in accordance with the practices and principles of the body known as the Church of Christ, Scientist, or licensed by the State Chiropractic Board of Examiners as provided in § 34-13-7 except as to the sanitary and safe condition of the premises, cleanliness of operation, and its physical equipment. Chapter 34-13 shall not apply to any health care facility licensed under this chapter.
