Section 34-12E-10 - Disclosure of charges by assisted living centers.
34-12E-10. Disclosure of charges by assisted living centers. Any assisted living center licensed pursuant to chapter 34-12 shall prominently disclose its charges for resident care and accommodations. An assisted living center may comply with this section by posting the charges in a conspicuous place and by disclosing the charges upon request of any person.
