34-12E-4. Posted invitation to discuss retail prices of prescription drugs. A retail pharmacist or pharmacy shall post in a conspicuous place the following invitation to discuss retail charges of prescription drugs or medications: SHOULD ANY PATIENT WISH TO DISCUSS RETAIL CHARGES FOR PRESCRIPTION DRUGS OR MEDICATIONS, YOU ARE ENCOURAGED TO ASK ABOUT THEM.
