34-12E-5. Posted invitation to discuss health care facility charges. Licensed health care facilities shall post in a conspicuous place the following invitation to discuss fees or charges: SHOULD ANY PATIENT WISH TO DISCUSS FEES OR CHARGES, YOU ARE ENCOURAGED TO ASK ABOUT THEM.
