34-13-11. Standards established by board. The board, upon approval of the South Dakota Chiropractors Association, as constituted under § 36-5-18, shall have the power, in compliance with chapter 1-26, to establish standards under this chapter which it finds necessary and in the public interest and, in like manner, it may rescind, amend or modify such regulations from time to time as may be in the public interest, insofar as such action is not in conflict with any of the provisions of this chapter.
