34-13-12. Safety and sanitation inspections--Reports to and action by Board of Examiners. Every institution for which a license has been issued under this chapter, may be periodically inspected by the Department of Health who shall report as to safety and sanitation of the institution to the board. The board shall also inspect the institution under the rules and regulations to be established by said board and the board shall, in compliance with chapter 1-26, take such action based on such reports and inspections as may be required.
