34-13-2. License required for operation of institution. No person, partnership, limited liability company, association, or corporation, shall establish, conduct, or maintain a chiropractic hospital, sanitarium, or related institution for the hospitalization of the sick or injured without first obtaining a license in the manner provided in this chapter. No person, partnership, limited liability company, association, or corporation may continue to operate an existing institution, or open an institution, unless such operation shall have been approved and regularly licensed by the board as provided in this chapter.
