Section 34-14-9 - Annual fee for license to obtain animals for research.
34-14-9. Annual fee for license to obtain animals for research. Each institution licensed under § 34-14-8 shall pay an annual license fee of ten dollars for each calendar year, or part thereof, to the State Department of Health. All such license fees shall be deposited in the general revenue fund of the State of South Dakota.
