34-20A-14. Prevention and treatment programs for penal institution inmates and parolees. The Division of Drug and Alcohol Abuse shall cooperate with other departments and agencies in establishing and conducting programs to provide prevention and treatment for alcohol and drug abusers and intoxicated persons in or on parole from penal institutions.
