34-20A-16. Cooperation with other agencies in prevention and treatment programs--Curriculum materials. The Division of Drug and Alcohol Abuse shall cooperate with the Department of Education, boards of education, schools, police departments, courts, and other public and private agencies, organizations and individuals in establishing programs for prevention and treatment and in preparing curriculum materials thereon for use at all levels of school education.
