Section 34-20A-19 - Review of state plans for federal funding--Advice to Governor.
34-20A-19. Review of state plans for federal funding--Advice to Governor. The Division of Drug and Alcohol Abuse shall review all state health, welfare, and treatment plans to be submitted for federal funding under federal legislation, and advise the Governor on provisions to be included relating to alcohol and drug abuse.
