34-20A-20. Administration of state plans submitted for federal funding. The Division of Drug and Alcohol Abuse may administer or supervise the administration of the provisions relating to alcohol and drug abuse of any state plan submitted for federal funding pursuant to state or federal health, welfare, or treatment legislation.
