Section 34-20A-21 - Programs dealing with driving while intoxicated.
34-20A-21. Programs dealing with driving while intoxicated. The Division of Drug and Alcohol Abuse shall cooperate with the Department of Public Safety in establishing and conducting programs designed to deal with the problem of persons operating motor vehicles while intoxicated.
