Section 34-20A-25 - Encouragement of hospital admissions and treatment.
34-20A-25. Encouragement of hospital admissions and treatment. The Division of Drug and Alcohol Abuse shall encourage general hospitals and other appropriate health facilities to admit without discrimination persons suffering from alcohol and drug abuse and intoxicated persons and to provide them with adequate and appropriate medical care.
