34-20A-6. Development of plan for prevention and treatment services--Technical assistance by division. The Division of Drug and Alcohol Abuse shall develop a statewide plan for a comprehensive and coordinated system of prevention and treatment services, and assist in the development of regional and local plans in cooperation with public and private agencies, organizations, and individuals. The division shall provide technical assistance and consultation services for these purposes.
