Section 34-20A-75 - Testimony presented at hearing.

34-20A-75. Testimony presented at hearing. At the hearing the court shall hear all relevant testimony, including, if possible, the testimony of at least one licensed physician and one certified chemical dependency counselor who have examined the person whose commitment is sought.
