Section 34-20A-9 - Research and information.
34-20A-9. Research and information. The Division of Drug and Alcohol Abuse may sponsor, engage in, and encourage research into the causes and nature of alcohol and drug abuse as well as the prevention and treatment thereof. The division may serve as a clearinghouse for information relating to alcohol and drug abuse.
