34-20B-76. Prompt proceedings required when property seized without process. In the event of seizure pursuant to § 34-20B-74 or subdivisions 34-20B-75(1), (3), and (4), proceedings under § 34-20B-81, 34-20B-84, or 34-20B-85 shall be instituted within thirty days by the attorney general.
