Section 34-20B-87 - Disposition of seized property if no answer filed.

34-20B-87. Disposition of seized property if no answer filed. If at the end of thirty days after the notice has been served there is no verified answer on file, and no claimant has appeared to defend said complaint, the court shall order the disposition of the seized property as prayed for in the complaint.
