Section 34-20B-93 - Research on misuse and abuse of controlled substances.
34-20B-93. Research on misuse and abuse of controlled substances. The Department of Health shall, in addition to other powers and duties vested in it by this chapter or any other act, encourage research on misuse and abuse of controlled drugs and substances.
