Section 34-20B-99 - Coordination and cooperation in law enforcement training programs.
34-20B-99. Coordination and cooperation in law enforcement training programs. The Department of Health shall, in addition to other powers and duties vested in it by this chapter or any other act, coordinate and cooperate in training programs on drugs and substances law enforcement at the local and state levels.
