34-20B-77. Seized property not subject to replevin. No property taken or detained under §§ 34-20B-70 to 34-20B-89, inclusive, or § 34-20B-70.1, may be repleviable or subject to an action in claim and delivery, but shall be deemed to be in the custody of the attorney general, through the chief agent, subject only to the orders and decrees of the court or the official having jurisdiction of the property.
