Section 34-24-13 - Rules and regulations relating to ophthalmia neonatorum.
34-24-13. Rules and regulations relating to ophthalmia neonatorum. It shall be the duty of the Department of Health to make, in compliance with chapter 1-26, such rules and regulations as it may deem necessary to carry out properly the provisions of §§ 34-24-5 to 34-24-15, inclusive.
