34-39-2. Use of unapproved units of measurement for sale of gas as misdemeanor. It is a Class 2 misdemeanor to sell or offer for sale, either at wholesale or retail, any liquefied petroleum gas, either in liquid or vapor form, except by weights and measures that are approved by the Division of Commercial Inspection and Licensing.
