34-39-3.1. Division of Commercial Inspection and Licensing to administer weights and measures provisions. The Division of Commercial Inspection and Licensing of the Department of Public Safety shall perform the functions previously performed by the state inspector and sealer of weights and measures pursuant to this chapter.
