34A-1-35. Emergency provisions unimpaired by variance provisions. Nothing in §§ 34A-1-24 to 34A-1-34, inclusive, and no variance or renewal granted pursuant thereto shall be construed to prevent or limit the application of the emergency provisions and procedures of §§ 34A-1-45 and 34A-1-46 to any person or his property.
