34A-2-117. Annual fee for facilities permitted under the national pollutant discharge elimination system program provisions--Exceptions. There is hereby imposed an annual fee upon all facilities permitted under the national pollutant discharge elimination system program provisions of section 402 of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, 33 U.S.C. 1342, as amended to January 1, 1992, except for feedlot facilities, stormwater discharge systems and construction dewatering activities. The fee shall be assessed as provided in §§ 34A-2-118 to 34A-2-120, inclusive.
