34A-2-12. Regulation of public water supplies, swimming places and bulk water haulers--Violation. The Board of Water Management shall promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 regulating public water supplies, public swimming places and bulk water haulers. A violation of rules promulgated pursuant to this section is subject to § 34A-2-75.
