34A-2-48. Orders to clean up material spilled--Violation. The secretary shall issue orders to any person to clean up any material which he or his employee, agent, or subcontractor had accidentally or purposely dumped, spilled, or otherwise deposited in or in such proximity to state waters that they may pollute state waters. A violation of an order issued pursuant to this section is subject to § 34A-2-75.
