34A-2-54. Hearing on violation required by secretary--Notice. In a notice given under § 34A-2-53, the secretary may also require the alleged violator to appear for a public hearing to be conducted before the board, and to answer the charges made against him. In such event, the notice shall also meet the requirements of § 1-26-17, and notice shall be given in a manner which will reasonably inform the public.
