34A-2-6. Planning consistent with federal requirements--Maximum daily loads. The secretary shall have the authority to establish and conduct a continuing planning process consistent with the requirements of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended, including but not limited to the establishment and application of maximum daily loads of pollutants.
