34A-2-8. Administration by secretary--Employment of personnel. The secretary of environment and natural resources shall administer this chapter. The secretary, in accordance with policies established by the board and pursuant to laws governing state employees, may hire personnel necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter and the rules and orders of the board.
