Section 34A-2-80 - Designation by Governor of waste treatment management areas andagencies.
34A-2-80. Designation by Governor of waste treatment management areas and agencies. The Governor shall designate:
(1) The boundaries of areas within the state which have substantial water quality problems;
(2) Respective planning agencies for such areas;
(3) Respective waste treatment management agencies for such areas.
