Section 34A-3-15 - Examination and certification of applicants. - South Dakota Statutes

34A-3-15. Examination and certification of applicants. Each applicant shall be examined by the secretary or his duly authorized representative. Such examination shall consist of such questions and such phases of the practice as may be prescribed from time to time by said secretary.
If the applicant shall satisfactorily pass the examination required, and has shown himself to be otherwise possessed of the necessary qualifications, he shall be certified.
