34A-5-39. Election not required to establish charges and rentals--Funds not subject to limitations on municipal funds. When a sanitary district has been established in accordance with the procedures provided in this chapter, no further proceedings shall be required under the provisions of §§ 9-48-26 to 9-48-31, inclusive, and funds derived from its sewer rates and charges shall not be subject to the limitations provided in those sections.
