Section 34A-6-102 - Disposition of fines.
34A-6-102. Disposition of fines. All fines and penalties collected pursuant to §§ 34A-6-93 to 34A-6-102, inclusive, shall be deposited in the regulated substance response fund established in § 34A-12-3.
