Section 34A-11-1.1 - Restriction on rules.

34A-11-1.1. Restriction on rules. Any rule adopted pursuant to this chapter may not be more stringent than those promulgated by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency under authority of national laws governing the control of hazardous wastes except that the Board of Minerals and Environment shall promulgate rules for the treatment, storage, and disposal of polychlorinated biphenyls.
