34A-13-17. Attachment of fund to Department of Revenue and Regulation--Reimbursement of costs. The fund is attached to the Department of Revenue and Regulation for budgeting and administrative support. All necessary costs of the Department of Revenue and Regulation for these services shall be reimbursed from the inspection fees collected pursuant to this chapter.
