34A-14-25. Authority to issue bonds and pledge security--Request of pledge from transportation secretary. The authority may issue a cumulative total of twenty million dollars in bonds and the authority may pledge assets of the fund that are authorized for financing purposes as additional security for the issuance of the bonds, and the secretary of transportation may additionally request the secretary of transportation to pledge payment of up to four million dollars from future revenues of the inspection fee.
