Section 35-4-74 - Off-sale licensee not to deliver--Violation as misdemeanor.
35-4-74. Off-sale licensee not to deliver--Violation as misdemeanor. No off-sale licensee may make any delivery of alcoholic beverages outside of the premises described in the license. A violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor.
